About This Course

This module provides Crew Leads with the essential knowledge and procedures required to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient job performance on Mass Save projects.

Learners will review site readiness steps, safety checks, BAS and blower door requirements, combustion safety testing, common installation roadblocks, and proper documentation protocols.

By the end of this training, Crew Leads will be able to confidently prepare a site, communicate with homeowners, identify hazards, verify program requirements, and use approved measurement equipment in accordance with Mass Save and BPI 1200 standards.
